Grapes
39% Syrah, 33.5% Cinsault, 20.2% Mouvedre and 7.3% Grenache.

District of Origin of Grapes
100% Côtes de Provence, France.

Vinification
100% Estate grown in Draguignan, the grapes were harvested in the cool of the dawn, crushed and pressed. The juice was cold settled for 48 hours before being racked off solids and directly inoculated with a selection of aromatic yeast strains. Cold tank fermentation was undertaken between 11-14°c. Pressings were fermented separately and excluded from the final blend for fining and cold stabilisation.

No oak maturation.

Pale salmon pink.

Palate
Vibrant and pure, wild strawberries, Provençal herbs and mineral elements lend this wine plenty of freshness, a smooth luxurious texture and a lingering savory finish.

Both of us [Callie and Nina], like most winemakers in our industry, have learnt so much from working overseas in different regions scattered all across the glove and from many inspiring winemakers. It is so rewarding to be able to finally bring a wine all the way through - from vineyard to bottle - across oceans, and keep it nestled in our little eclectic stable of wines.
