I acknowledge under the Liquor Control Reform Act 2008 it is against the law to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (Penalty exceeds $8,000) and/or for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor (Penalty exceeds $700).

I acknowledge that in supplying my personal contact information to our Wine Club I am consenting to receiving marketing contacts from our Wine Club until I withdraw my consent by cancelling that consent. I acknowledge that our Wine Club will provide me with the means to cancel that consent in each contact I receive.
