How do I place an order?

Once you have selected all your products, click the shopping cart symbol at the top right of any page. This will take you to your cart. From there, click “checkout” and follow the prompts.

How do I change/cancel my order?

We are happy to cancel or change any order if you get in touch with us as soon as possible via email. If your order has already been shipped unfortunately there’s not much we can do.

Do you ship overseas?

Sorry to all our international friends. We are only shipping within Australia at this time.

Can I ship to a PO Box?

Sorry, we're not able to deliver to PO Boxes!

How much is shipping?

We deliver our wines free of charge anywhere in Australia for orders of six (6) bottles or more. Orders of less than six (6) bottles incur a $25.00 shipping fee.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal.

Where is my order?

Once we receive payment we aim to have all orders delivered within 5-7 business days . Please note that Victoria’s delivery network is busier than usual which may cause unexpected delays. We are a very small team of 2 getting these wines out to you all so your patience is greatly appreciated. If, you haven’t received your wine within 10 days please send us an email so we can follow it up for you.

What if there is a problem with my wine?

We take great pride in only releasing high quality wines. If you aren't satisfied with the product you received you can return it for a full refund, under the following circumstances:

  • The un-opened wine bottles are returned within 7 days of opening any of the product.

  • Upon internal testing of the product by our trusty Wine Unplugged crew it is deemed faulty or defective.

What if I just don’t like the wine?

We never like to see our customers unhappy with their wine purchases but we do understand that not all wines are for everyone. Please send us an email here so we can discuss how we can make sure you’re happy with your wines.

Are your wines vegan?

We are in the process of making all our wines vegan. Our aim is that all wines produced from 2020 onwards will be vegan! Until then, look out for 🌱VEGAN FRIENDLY in the product description.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

We sure do! You can find them in our shop. The minimum gift card amount is $25. Gift cards are sent digitally to your recipient with a unique code. This code must be entered at checkout for voucher amount to be applied to their order total. There is no expiry.

Do you sell wine gift packs?

We have Cloak & Dagger branded gift packs available for purchase in our online store. Simply choose your configuration of the three wines - one of each?? Great! Don’t like red, no problem swap it out for two bottles of Prosecco instead!

Can you organise corporate gifts / tasting events?

Can I buy an old wine barrel?

We often cull our older oak barrels to ensure our wines are only seeing excellent quality french oak. This usually takes place at the end of the year Nov-Jan . Send us an email and we’ll let you know if we have any available.

Do you have a cellar door?

Not yet!! We have moved around a lot these past 10 years and we are yet to find our forever home worthy of a cellar door. Keep an eye out as it is high on our list of new projects.
