Pacha Mama

Pachamama, the Incan earth goddess who brings fruit to the vine and joy to the world.

Back in 2009 atop of Machu Picchu in Peru, as the sun was rising and the fog lifted slowly exposing the ruins that hid below, Callie and her dad, Dave, found inspiration for their first wine brand Pacha Mama.

Aptly named after an ancient Inca fertility goddess who presides over planting and harvesting - you may know her as Mother Nature.

The Pacha Mama wines focus on highlighting the incredible wine regions of Victoria and the grapes that grow best in each area. Having the same group of growers for the last 7 years Callie is learning more each vintage about the grapes and how they reflect the regions and the season. These incredible growers provide such great fruit that allows minimal intervention winemaking to make wine that is produced is distinctive, refined and yet approachable.

Cloak & Dagger

We never like to take wine too seriously and this goes especially for our Cloak & Dagger wines. These wines are just delicious and made to be enjoyed with great food and lots of laughs with mates. With a bubbly Prosecco, an aromatic Pinot Grigio and, juicy and juibey Sangiovese there is one for every occasion or for every course if that’s how you like to do things.

Cloak & Dagger named itself. Our first release of The Dagger Pinot Grigio had a steely, razor sharp acidity whilst The Cloak Sangiovese enveloped you with its plush, velvety tannins and mouthfeel. The labels were also designed to take you on a journey of the wine all before you had even opened the bottle.
