Bright, spicy and delicious!
This is a lighter and more jovial style of Shiraz. Loaded with Plums, summer berries, earth and baking spices. With gentle tannins and higher acidity it’s a fresh new take on the traditional Heathcote Shiraz.
De-stemmed and cold soaked the wine only spent 5 days on skins before being pressed to tank to retain freshness. The wine underwent partial malolactic fermentation before being sulphured and matured on lees to add texture and softness before bottling.
